The Brown Family

In loving memory of my late husband Kenneth (Ken) Brown

Arthur L Brown – Commodore of Benfleet Yacht Club 1950 – 1951

My father-in-law, Arthur L Brown (know to all as Jack), was the Commodore of Benfleet Yacht Club 1950-1951, so I am quite sure that many local people will still remember the family.

If anyone can recall the Brown family or add any further information on this article, please contact us via the comments section at the bottom of this page.

  • The man in the third photograph (going to or from a possible fishing trip) walking alongside ‘Jack’ Brown is my father, Douglas Brown.
