The position of Bryn Teg

In 2014 we were contacted by Anne Harley, who requested our help in identifying the position of the  property where her grandparents lived from 1914 until some time in the 1920s.

Purely by chance, whilst researching another topic, we came across a hand drawn plan that showed the position of ‘Bryn Teg’.  A photo of the plan can be seen below.

The other property shown on the plan,  Springfield, is shown on the list of
house names/numbers on this website, so we have been able to identify where it would have been.

Using the measurements on the plan puts the position of ‘Bryn Teg’ close to the junction of King’s Road and Vicarage Hill.
